12:00 pm Group 1 until Group 6 gather in the studio to represents each task for each group.
My Group were given a task for lighting, books and layout.
Our group have to collaborate with Group 1 as they have to buy the shelves for the books.

Meeting for all the group members who attend the 1st June-Pre Cleaning.

Me, Umaira, Jin Xuen, Nadhirah and Mira have volunteered ourself for the 1 June as it is a pre-cleaning day. We were to emptied the library on that day.

1 JUNE 2019 - PRE CLEANING SITE
The first phase for the library, pre-cleaning. I drove by myself from Sepang to Serendah because I had to bring my ladder to help with the process as others doesn't have it. The journey took me an hour.
The first thing my group did is emptied the bookshelves and put all the books in a 'pondok' for the orang asli to check which one they are going to keep. Then we took out the shelves to throw out in the evening.
We managed to finished it by 12 noon and took an hour break. Then we discussed with Miss Norji the plan layout and the furniture needed. It took us around 2 hours to discussed about it. After that, we help to throw trash like the old flooring, shelves, torn out books and etc. Since it is a 2 or 3 men's job, all 5 of us helped to throw it out as the other group were busy with the exterior.

10 JUNE 2019
I was given a task by my group leader, Shulla to decide where to put the unused books from donation and find boxes for the remaining books. Therefore I came Taylor's on the 10th June, Monday to finish the task. But the assistant leader, Nadhir changed my task which is sending the electronics that Mira and Nadhir bought to Yayasan Salam because I was available. So my task was given to Joyce and Shulla.
After putting the empty boxes for the remaining books, I collected the electronics from Nadhir at Taylor's and started my journey to Yayasan Salam. It took me 20 minutes to arrive. The workers at Yayasan Salam were firendly and talkative.
12 JUNE 2019
Furniture legend and plan layout that was done by Joyce and Shulla were incorrect and time was running out because the furniture group needed the legend. Therefore Nadhir asked me to finish the funiture legend because i kept the discussion notes that was discussed on the 1 June. Nadhir helped me through whatsapp and changes have been made by Miss Norji.
After I finish the furniture legend, it was up to Joyce or Shulla to finish the plan layout. As we waited the whole night for the layout, it was still not finish. So I finished it with the help of Nadhir the next morning.
22 JUNE 2019 - LAUNCHING DAY
Finally, Community Service is finish for this semester.
