Project 1

What You See ?
For the introduction to design, we were given a task to find an object that we see everyday. Therefore, mobile phone is the object that I chose. 'Design' can be used anywhere. It is an innovation that we create using our own creativity. Mobile phone however, creates design using phone case. There are different phone case styles and even handmade ones that allows people to create their own phone case. Fun fact is each phone case can actually reflect a person personality and style.

Fun(K)tional Machine
This is a debris collecter that I made using unwanted toy car, hairdryer, wifi modem router and a phone. It is the size of a small lorry, making it easier to move around narrow places. The wheels can spin 360 degree. It collect debris from a shovel which will be stored in storage01. Debris from storage01 will then moved to the turbine to be crushed into smaller debris. The purpose of this process is to maximize storage01 and storage02. It also has an air filter that suck the small particles such as dust, pollen and bacterias and also remove gaseous pollutant.

Element : Butterfly

Shape    : Symmetrical

Have two pairs of large wings vary in color and pattern.

Wings are covered with overlapping rows of tiny scales.
